Our Story, Our Mission, Our Values.
Rally with Rico was founded with the vision of building more than just a tennis academy—it was about creating a community driven by passion, mentorship, and growth.
What began as Ace Tennis Academy, started by high school friends Enrique Castillo, Ethan Eberhardt, and Carson Crow, quickly earned a reputation for competitive excellence and meaningful player development. As the team evolved, Enrique—now CEO and owner—rebranded the academy into what is now Rally with Rico. With a strong leadership team and a focus on accessible, high-quality coaching, Rally with Rico continues to shape the next generation of tennis players while staying true to its grassroots beginnings.

Enrique, a current University of Houston student, is the proud owner of Rally with Rico. A Friendswood High School graduate (Class of 2022) and a 2021 UIL State Qualifier, Enrique has been deeply involved in the tennis community as a group lessons supervisor and private coach. With 6 years of coaching experience and 8 years of competitive playing experience, he is passionate about developing the next generation of tennis players. One of Enrique's most notable achievements to date is coaching Ethan Eberhardt to the 2022-2023 UIL 5A Boys Doubles State Tournament. Ethan and his partner losing to eventual state champions, Amarillo High School.
Enrique is also a program student at the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston, the #1 undergraduate entrepreneurship program in the nation. The Wolff Center is a highly competitive and prestigious program that prepares students to launch and grow successful businesses through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and real-world entrepreneurial education. With the knowledge and skills gained from this program, Enrique is committed to growing Rally with Rico into a premier destination for tennis training.

Who is it for?
Rally with Rico mainly trains juniors (high school & middle school) ages 8-18 years old, to build solid fundamentals and improve technique. Openings are also available for older or recreation players.

This lesson is designed to improve skills and confidence through focused, two-person lessons.

You can book a session by filling out the contact form, calling us directly, or visiting our studio. After booking, you'll be given access to an exclusive mobile app to manage and track your sessions. Our team will assist you in scheduling the right session based on your needs.
Do I need to be at a certain tennis level to join?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our coaches will guide you based on your personal goals and experience.
What should I bring to my first lesson?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. If you're attending a group session, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to warm up and get settled on court.
Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes, we offer first-time clients the opportunity to experience Rally with Rico with a trial session. Contact us for details and availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booked lesson?

We understand that plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled anytime before confirmed start time. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
